Customers All Agree that Our Work is First Class

  • Skilled, Considerate Employees and Competitive AC Prices

We recently had a new A/C system installed by First Class Air Conditioning and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Our salesman, Dave Rojas, went above and beyond to ensure we got the right system for our needs. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The pricing was very fair and competitive, especially considering the quality of service and equipment we received. The installation team was outstanding—efficient, courteous, and professional. They took the time to explain how the new system worked and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Highly recommend First Class Air Conditioning if you’re looking for top-notch service and a reliable team!

  • Years of Friendly, Flawless AC Service

We have been using First Class Air Conditioning for 22 years in both our condo and our home. In all cases, the service was professional and timely and the office administration has been flawless. A special shoutout goes to Dave and to Suzie for their excellent customer service, knowledge and friendliness. In SW Florida, AC is as important as it gets, and First Class AC does it right.

  • Fast and Helpful AC Replacement Over a Holiday Weekend

My mom has been using First Class Air for many years and has been very happy with their service. Her AC went completely out on a holiday weekend. We called Sat morning and several hours later Dave was at the house with a dehumidifier to keep her from having mold issues. The AC unit was very old, so we chose to replace vs. repair the unit. Mon morning Dave called to say they had a cancellation and could install a new unit that day,

and by Mon night we had a nice cool house. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Dave was very responsive and friendly and never made it seem like an inconvenience. We appreciate the great service and we highly recommend them!

Zone Your Home in the Cape Coral Area

When you live in Florida, your air conditioner is hard at work cooling your home for most of the year. This can be a significant use of energy. Zoning is an effective way to reduce energy usage, even during the peak of summer heat.

Zoning divides your home’s HVAC footprint into separate comfort areas. This lets your cooling system focus on the rooms you use most. Limiting cooling to only the rooms you are using reduces run time, improves comfort, and decreases energy waste. With zoning, you can enjoy the cool comfort you deserve without driving up your energy bills.
