  • Fast and Helpful AC Replacement Over a Holiday Weekend

    My mom has been using First Class Air for many years and has been very happy with their service. Her AC went completely out on a holiday weekend. We called Sat morning and several hours later Dave was at the house with a dehumidifier to keep her from having mold issues. The AC unit was very old, so we chose to replace vs. repair the unit. Mon morning Dave called to say they had a cancellation and could install a new unit that day,

    and by Mon night we had a nice cool house. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Dave was very responsive and friendly and never made it seem like an inconvenience. We appreciate the great service and we highly recommend them!
